Stop Casinos Spam

One -- no, in fact some spammers are using the name dog dot com to send casino’s promotions, like this Return-Path: terry @ dog . com. Its IP address is 89.173.8.232 and it's in Slovakia at ISP UPC Slovakia S.R.O

The From line says: "Royal.VIP.Cazino" terry @ dog . com and the Subject line says: 300% on your first deposit!

The dot com company above has nothing to do with casinos as it appears from its term. It's all about dogs as it seems. I hope if one of their personnel drops by this post to make note of it and advise people at their website not to reply to such offers.

The second email spam from the Return-Path: stetson @ news . com promotes the same named casino and came with the same subject line but from another IP address 77.51.3.237 in Russian Federation at DSL Access Network in Moscow Region.

But the third email spam was different and it came from the Return-Path: lesliaryn @ surveysspain . com IP address 124.254.243.127 KR KOREA, REPUBLIC, Region: Kyonggi-Do City: Seoul, ISP: QRIXNET with the subject line: Subject: blowjob is not the only your sex. It promotes... I don't know what! The message body contains nonsense.

And of course there's still one simple point all those spammers forget. That point says, no one will ever be interested in offers sent without explicit acceptance from the receiver.

This is a freshest PayPal's email scam I've received on 8 Mar 2007 20:07:01 to read those details and publish them here, so the scammer may be caught.

It says: New email address added to your account

PayPal does actually send this message to customers who added new email addresses there at their accounts; and since I have not done that I’ll not respond to such email and I’ll consider it spam email from some hackers on the Web.

This should be your treatment too.

The PayPal’s email scam says: You've added an additional email address to your PayPal account. If you don.t agree with this email tcgrady @ cox . net and if you need assistance with your account, please click here to login to your account.

Forget about the spelling mistakes in this email scam and see the email address above. What is interesting about this is that the spammer doesn’t know that he is very virgin in this field as (this email tcgrady @ cox . nt is not a normal email link but it aims at: http: // www .google .com /pagead/ iclk?sa=l&ai=Br3ycNQz5Q-fXBJGSiQLU0eDSAueHkArnhtWZAu-FmQWgjlkQAxgFKAg4AEDKEUiFOVD-4r2f-P____8BoAGyqor_A8gBAZUCCapCCqkCxU7NLQH0sz4&num=5&adurl=http://24.49.66.79:82/www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr=home=p/index.php)

And (the click here text link aims at: http://www.google.com/pagead/iclk?sa=l&ai=Br3ycNQz5Q-fXBJGSiQLU0eDSAueHkArnhtWZAu-FmQWgjlkQAxgFKAg4AEDKEUiFOVD-4r2f-P____8BoAGyqor_A8gBAZUCCapCCqkCxU7NLQH0sz4&num=5&adurl=http://24.49.66.79:82/www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr=home=p/index.php .... which seems encrypted for deceiving purposes.)

In spite of all that said above, the message goes like this:

To make sure you can use your PayPal account the next time you make a purchase, all you need to do is confirm or not your email address.

If your email program has problems with hypertext links, you may also confirm your email address by logging in to your account.

Thank you for using PayPal!
