Check your email-box right now, or check your memory-

If you're receiving any email with one of these phrases in the "From" field and the "Subject" line, delete it immediately and say "no way for this spam to go":

If you don't have a "Bulk" mails folder, block these unsolicited emails from within your outlook express this way: click on "Messages", and then scroll to "Block Sender". You can track all emails when you click on "File" to view the "Source" at "Properties". When you do, it'll be easy for you to track their IP addresses. Take that address and add it to your "FireWall" to block it.

You can download Microsoft free "Anti-Spyware" or Lavasoft "Ad-Aware" if you don't have any firewall.
