This same email came full of confidential details between the lines. I'll provide those confidential signs here to know whether this kind of email is spam or not.

I have received the same confidential signature in another email spam to my groups at http://groups.google.com/group/adsensonia. However the spammer has sent a (CONGRATULATION FROM YAHOO) message with some images from Yahoo and with even picks from some personnel.
