If you're receiving spam mails with subject lines which indicate Arabic or Islamic names you have got to believe that those spam mails are sent from well experienced person in this scam field.
They actually have nothing to do with those names in the subject lines, but they are sent to you to deceive you.
The following spam mail came from somebody who is using walla dot com. I found that this person sent some other scams from the same company about what s/he calls Yahoo Mail Lottery.
I thought such person who is using two big companies to send his or her scam should be shut down.
This is one example of the scam I have received:
